Missions

From our constitution..

The sphere of activities at Sote Tusome includes the following missions but not resume to:

• -         Develop a program based on teaching foreign languages with no major fees with the help of internal and external volunteers.

• -         Create sport events for rural population and the surrounding populations (nearby workers, restaurant, shops, aquatic centres...). Promoting sport, community recreation and play facilities.

• -         Develop environment awareness with the help of meetings, talks, conference, trainings, sesnzibilation day on chosen theme. Carry out and promote both environmental improvement and practical conservation, to educate, encourage and support the local population in environmental practice by working with statutory and non statutory agencies

• -         Teaching basic computer skills. Decreasing the technologic gap between East Africa and the rest of the world by giving access to IT technology to the inhabitants of the island.

• -         Enhance networking and relations throughout locals & national NGOs by creating interactions between them and wider spectrum for the organisation.

• -         Develop the program association to willing surrounding schools.
